Each venture, whether it soared or stumbled, added to my understanding of what it takes to build and scale businesses.

My entrepreneurial experience spans the full spectrum of business building: leadership, marketing, strategic planning, sales, and day-to-day operations. I've learned that successful businesses aren't just about great ideas—they're about great execution, great people, and access to the right resources at the right time.

My last company, Hadley Media

, was a pioneer in experiential marketing, live events, PR, and media. We built an award-winning agency that produced events in U.S. and international markets at some of the world's most prestigious venues and conventions including SXSW, Comic-Con, Fashion Week, Cannes, CES, Coachella, and Advertising Week.

Our client roster read like a who's who of entertainment: FOX, FX, CARTOON NETWORK, ADULT SWIM, FOOD NETWORK, SYFY, TBS, and many more. We didn't just create events—we created experiences that connected brands with their audiences in meaningful ways. I sold Hadley Media a few years ago, marking another successful exit in my entrepreneurial journey.
